Install Adobe Acrobat via Internet Explorer

Follow the steps below to install Acrobat Reader DC with Internet Explorer.
• Close all instances of Reader. Close any browser displaying a PDF file.
• Go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download page and click "Download Acrobat Reader".
• When the file download message appears at the bottom of the browser window, click "Run".

NOTE: Installing Acrobat Reader DC is a two-step process:
• Download the installation programme.
• Install Reader.
Wait until both phases are completed. The progress bar shows the remaining time.
• When you see a confirmation message that the installation is complete, click "Finish".

Install Adobe Acrobat via Firefox

• Close all instances of Reader. Close all browsers displaying a PDF file.
• Go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download page and click "Download Acrobat Reader".
• When the dialogue box appears, click "Save file".
• Press Ctrl+J to open the download library. When the download library window appears, double-click the "Reader .exe" file.
• When prompted to open the executable file, click "Accept".

NOTE: If this dialogue box does not appear on screen, another window may be blocking it. Try moving any windows that are in the way.

• Double-click the ".dmg file" (if the download window does not appear, select Extras > Download).

• Double-click "Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" to start the installation.

• When asked to confirm that you want to open the file, click "Open".
