Sony Santa Monica Studio's remake of God of War was a huge success for its story and action. Here is a list of the voice actors who bring the game's world to life.
From Kratos to Atreus to Thor, the upcoming God of War: Ragnarok will bring back many of the popular voice actors from the first game, as well as some new characters.
Here are the main roles that will appear: Ragnarok, as well as some previous appearances you may know.

God of War voice actors

The God of War himself, Kratos, is played by actor Christopher Judge in God of War: Ragnarok. Judge was not always the serious and intimidating tone behind Kratos. In the original games, Terence C. Carson played the brutal protagonist.

However, in Sony Santa Monica Studio's remake of the franchise, Carson was replaced by Christopher Judge and this role reversal was maintained in the sequel. According to Judge, it was one of the reasons for the delay of the upcoming sequel.

One of the antagonists announced for Ragnarok is the famous god of thunder, Thor. Thor is played by actor Ryan Hurstm, who some fans may remember as Gerry Bertier in the sports classic Remember The Titans. Danielle Bisutti reprises her role as Freya.

Atreus, who was revealed to be Loki at the end of the first game, is portrayed by Sunny Suljic, who also starred in the first Jonah Hill film in the mid-1990s. Mimir actor Alastair Duncan returns as the literal talking head that so many God of War fans have grown to love.

The game seems to revolve in part around the search for the ancient Norse god of war, Tyr, played by Ben Prendergast, who is also the voice of Fuse from Apex Legends.

These are just some of the highlights of the confirmed vocal talent lending their skills to the upcoming God of War: Ragnarok, and a few reminders of why fans are so excited about this sequel.
