Office 365 Family is an annual subscription to Microsoft Office and is designed for an entire family. Enjoy premium features, additional cloud storage, as well as advanced security from Microsoft Defender that further protects Microsoft users.

Main characteristics

The family subscription is for a maximum of 6 people. One of these persons is the main user, who manages the subscription. The other persons have their own user account. Each person can install Office on 5 devices (PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets). You can transfer it to another PC later, in case your computer breaks down or you buy a new one.

With this subscription, you have the right to upgrade to the latest version of the applications for free. In addition, it should be noted that this Microsoft Office 365 Family package is not automatically renewed, as it is an annual subscription. At the end of the period you can decide whether you want to renew it or not.

Also, you will have up to 6 TB of cloud storage, that is, 1 TB per user with protection against ransomware and 60 minutes of Skype World per month. Finally, you can use the applications in the package without an Internet connection, as they will be fully installed on your PC.

During installation, you can choose any of the languages offered by Family Office 365. So, for example, you can choose between English, French, German, Italian or Spanish (there are many more languages that we do not name here). It is also possible to activate the spell checker in another language when using the applications.

What applications are included in Microsoft Office 365 Family?

The main program templates that are included are:

• Excel: Analyze and visualize data thanks to the spreadsheet developed by Microsoft with tools such as Analysis Toolpak or Formula Builder, among others.
• Word: Word processor with a wide variety of useful features that will allow you to express yourself creatively.
• PowerPoint: Turn your creative ideas into reality by creating presentations with special effects.
• Outlook: Software to manage e-mail as well as daily tasks.
• OneNote: Make digital notes faster and simpler.
• Publisher (PC only): Create publications with text, images and videos thanks to the Publisher layout editor.
• Access (PC only): Design database applications to keep them on your computer or publish them on the web.

In addition, you will have applications such as OneDrive, Clipchamp, Microsoft Teams, Skype and Microsoft Family Safety with which you will be able to increase your productivity to the maximum.
